This was on a fence board at the Dungeness Spit in Washington. Quilt designs can be found anywhere!!

And this was a most frustrating discovery when I looked at the back of a quilt recently.  The bad thing: all those stitches had to come out, probably a bobbin's worth; the good thing: these are the easiest type of stitches to pull and I'm pretty sure I know what caused it.  Mostly operator usual.

And a short trip down memory lane. This was my first paying quilt that was done for a charity. It was so scary putting the first stitch in. Turned out fine though.

Today is Dennis' daughter's wedding of that tomorrow, hopefully.
