HELP!!! What's wrong with my plant???

This is a hydrangea that Dennis bought for me when I retired. I've kept it alive for over a year--a record for me! But look at it now...the leaves have white on them. What does this mean? What do I do??

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

  1. It looks like it may have been over or under-watered, maybe, or been exposed to an extreme temperature??
