A Giant Pat on the Back

Opened up my Facebook page and saw this:

"Dorothy, there are many lovely quilts at the Plumas County Fair
 that you quilted and many ribbon winners. Your art has lifted the bar at our fair."

 Wow...did that make me feel good!! I just had to share it with those of you that read my blog. I'm walking around on Cloud 9 today!!

    way to go girl I am very proud of your accomplishments and you should definitely be!!!!
    Are you going to the Pacific Northwest Quilt show in Tacoma?? I was contemplating going but haven't decided yet. Let me know if so and what day(s) as I would love to give you a hug in person!

      Hey girlfriend!! Not sure whether I'll be going or not. I'll be at a retreat all that week, so I'm not sure if I'll leave it to go look at quilts or just stay there and keep sewing. I do have our room situation for MQX resolved though! See you then for sure!! Dory
